Return Information

Tactical Springs LLC and Sprinco USA offer a 60 day return, refund, and exchange policy. You must contact by email or phone( Contact Info ) Tactical Springs LLC or Sprinco USA prior to any return, refund, or exchange to recieve an RMA number. All returns must include the original receipt and invoice, along with the billing address, shipping address, contact phone numbers, contact emails, and RMA number. Returns, refunds, and exchanges may take up to two weeks, not including transit times.

The return must include accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that were shipped with the product. Shipping charges and/or costs are not subject to refunds. Products that are not subject to returns are special orders or items sold "as is" or "used". Return shipping charges for items returned for repair, replacement, or exchange are the responsiblity of the purchaser.

It is recommended that you return merchandise with a carrier such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx that offers tracking numbers and full value insurance on the parcels. Tactical Springs LLC and Sprinco USA cannot be responsible for any packages that are lost while being shipped to us. Please note that USPS Priority Mail will not initiate a trace on lost or damaged packages until after a 30 day waiting period has transpired.

It is strongly recommended that returned merchandise be shipped in sturdy protected packaging rather than in a plain letter envelope to avoid loss or damage from mail handling equipment.
